From the inception of Instaclean the goal was simple, to create a company that provides all in one cleaning solutions on a professional level but with a personal touch.

We're based in the north east of England and our incredible team carry a wealth of experience in multiple sectors of the cleaning domain. Our central base within the region allows us to quickly and easily reach jobs all across Durham, Tyne & Wear and Northumberland, servicing our clients and their needs.

Although we're equipped to deal with all aspects of cleaning as a company we eventually settled on 3 individual areas as we felt this was where we could not only make the biggest and most beneficial impact to people, but also because we could perfect our skillset and really improve what we offer.

Instaclean now deals only in the construction, commercial, and biohazard sectors of cleaning. Having this field of 3 disciplines allows us to focus more heavily on our clients needs and ensures that we deliver the best service possible, in doing so we've enabled our business to consistently meet the highest of standards...yours!
